Today’s Sunday Peace Talk offering is a six minute guided healing process to support rest and recovery.
Use this gentle guided meditation to release emotional energy that needs to be released, instill calm sweetness, and perceive healing light in your body so you can operate inentionally with clarity and ease.
Get in a comfy place where you can relax. Put on headphones or earbuds.
After you listen, continue to simmer in the your body’s restful energy, noticing your body’s signals and sensations. No judgement, just mindful awareness. Gently staying with your breathing and being present.
Go slow. Take this energy with you.
