There is a feeling of anxiousness, anticipation, endings and beginnings. We are in the in-between. Not quite the end of something, and not quite the beginning of the new.
This can feel unsettling to say the least. We are all unsettled. Together. This is an opportunity for compassion, to acknowledge the experience, and go deeper in, beneath and behind the surface to access profound gratitude and appreciation.
We do this so we can project more desired energy into our lives. So we don’t continue to project fear into our spaces. So we can direct our aim toward our heart’s desires, for the most loving outcome for all.
We choose not to create from the place of fear. So let’s shift out of that state, into the vibration of love. That is my intention for this Peace Talk today.
When we inspire and ignite feelings of deep appreciation and humble gratitude for the beauty that is life, our true self energy, we will only create more love and expansion.
I am now going to guide a meditation to navigate this transition, to find the peace within and magnify it with love. To amplify it into the human collective consciousness through our hearts.
Let’s Begin:
We are on a journey into one-pointed awareness.
Take a few breaths. In and Out. In and Out…
(pause and sit with your breath for a moment)
Thank you.
Breathe some more and stretch your body, move in any way that feels really good. Let go of some tension. Release your jaw, drop your shoulders, unclench your muscles. Take a few more breaths doing this…
Today I wish to invoke a quantum state of peace for all of us, an infinite container that we create with our shared minds reading these words.
Go within.
Imagine, no time. No space. Only here, only now. The energy of stillness.
The energy of Oneness.
(pause and breathe, and contemplate this idea for a moment or more)
Here in this no time no space awareness, you sit and breathe.
All is here, in your field of awareness. All is now in your mind.
Notice your body. What is coming up in your physical awarness? Your sensations?
(pause and breathe for a moment, noticing your body’s signals while you breathe. do not analyze or judge, just notice your body.)
Now in this place of body awareness I ask you this: Where do you hold fear?
Be with that awareness. Notice the feeling of it. Take a very deep breath. Exhale and sigh all the air out. Take a few more very slow deep breaths as you become more curious about how and where your body feels the energy of fear.
Tell your mind, this fear is just energy. Like any emotion. It is a wave of energy moving through my field of physical consciousness. I do not need to analyze it. It is a natural part of transition. It is the unknown.
Keep breathing through the feeling until the intensity of the fear energy in your awareness passes.
Come back to the idea of no time, no space, only now. All Oneness. Everything One. Take another deep breath and notice how your body feels now.
What is the sensation of Oneness? Where do you feel it? How does it feel to sit in your heart mind awareness and breathe with the image or idea of Unity? Can you imagine it?
Our imagination is the most powerful force in the Universe. It is the creative expression. When we infuse it with the highest intentions and open our hearts wide to let all the loving energy through to empower our visions, all is possible.
We are thinking our visions into being just by thinking about them with deep feeling and willingness to act in service to them.
Stay with the feeling of your body’s sensations, whatever they may be. Stay with your breath. Become very interested in the feeling of connection with the air around you and the feeling of your own heart.
Imagine your whole body is a light-body, a pure expression of love radiating into the space around you. Feel appreciation for the breath you breathe, and the awareness that you are completely taken care of right now in this moment. All needs met. All love surrounds you.
(pause and breathe, deeply feeling this, imagining this, integrating this.)
Thank you.
Now,
Tap into the idea of a future you desire. What are its qualities? What are the ways you create in this future, the gifts you share, the connections you make? Give thanks for all the ways you are taken care of as this future unfolds, as resources become visible right when you need them.
Focus on this vision, these qualities. Think of a statement that summarizes the qualities of your desired future, the gifts you are giving, the ways you contribute to the vision.
Be in full gratitude, love, and appreciation for your future vision. Saying to yourself: All needs met. All needs met. It is done. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
Be in gratitude.
Rest in the awareness of unconditional love now. For yourself, for life, for All. Radiate that awareness into the space around you. Send it to everyone. Send it to yourself. Love yourself. Give that love to your own heart.
This is a powerful act of shared intent as we cross this threshold together. Some say we are ending the Kali Yuga, and about to birth a new age of transformation for good in our world.
Let’s make it so, with our intention to end suffering and usher in more love and compassion. Remember, it starts within. Let your actions be dictated by this loving place.
May there be peace on Earth.
I invite you to write down that desired future vision and keep it close to you. Read it each day and say thank you each time you read it, holding space for gratitude that the vision lives in service to love and peace for all.
Rest in your heart space now, taking this loving energy with you.
